Bluebell Vineyard Estates Barrel-aged Blanc de Blancs 2014

Hindleap Barrel-Aged Blanc de Blancs 2014 retains this white-flower and subtle herb signature, but the fruit is subtly-golden, with a tropical shade alongside some classic ripe lemon and apricot kernel. It isn’t over-oaky at all – rather just touched by a little spice and roundness.

Bluebell Vineyard Estates Hindleap Seyval Blanc 2014

Hindleap Seyval Blanc 2014 is all about that slightly hard lemon and herb character that Seyval brings – it reminds me of that lemon and sage stuffing at Christmas! This has mellowed a little with age, and has a little developed creaminess alongside its meadow flower-tinged fruit.

Bluebell Vineyard Estates Hindleap Classic Cuvée 2014

61% Chardonnay, 24% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier. This is driven by bright, lemon and pear Chardonnay, backed up some herbs and white flowers, and a quiet sunny red fruit character from the Pinots. There is a little more richness of toasted bread here. Quite stern and dry, but really well-composed.

Bluebell Vineyard Estates Blanc de Blancs 2013

ripe grapefruit and green apple fruit touched with some dill and nice pastry tones. It is bright and fresh in the way many 2013s are, but nicely-composed and flavoursome.
