An under-rated gem. 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. This has some delicious, ripe flavours of golden apples, mirabelle plums, and savoury toast and a little tang of crème fraîche creaminess. Just lovely fruit on the palate, fresh and crunchy but with some persistent generosity for the vintage. One of the best 2015 vintage wines out there at the moment, matching the quality of many of the more illustrious Classic blends.
