(70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay with 18 months on lees) has something extra; although now sold out it is interesting to see how this has developed. This is in a beautiful place now, slightly developed with with dried strawberries and hawthorn mixing with sweet wild blackberry and sappy red cherry fruit. Pastry richness and creamy brazil nuts and nougat add texture on the palate whilst ripe grapefruit Chardonnay keeps it fresh.
