60% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier. This is my favourite of the lineup, with lovely stone fruit danish pastries, blackberry jam on rye bread, almond essence and ripe cherries. The fruit is fresh, ripe and outgoing, which is the reason the very low dosage – just 2 g/l – works so well here. Really lovely and top value.
