This 100% Pinot Noir Rosé had to be selected for its unique, bold style. Made by the Saignée method, it is de-stemmed before spending 48 hours in the press macerating. Quite quirky at first, it seems to warm up with this meaty kind of poached strawberry and rosehip jelly fruit, quince tatin and plum crumble, mint and cinnamon. It really wins you over with its creamy autumnal warmth of character; a rosé for all seasons.
