95% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier. It’s hard not to fall for a good English Blanc de Noirs. This is a bit more outgoing than the other wines with ripe pear, blossom and such pretty cherry fruit. A dried tropical fruit character is lurking too – very appealing, whilst keeping that breezy herbal streak that runs in the family. A bit more breadth on the palate, too.
